Shipping

We send our orders by Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Canadian orders $100 and over qualify for free shipping. You will receive a tracking number and email notifications once your order has been processed and shipped.

We are happy to accommodate orders outside of Canada and the USA. Please contact us by email [email protected] for details.

Rush Shipping

Please contact us if you would like your order shipped by a different method. We will be happy to go over alternate shipping options with you according to your needs.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Grit and Rac N Roll Bags are exempt from free shipping due to their size and weight. Please contact us for your shipping options if you would like to order online and have one of these bags shipped to you. You can also order a Grit or Rac N Roll bag online and choose to pick-up in store for free at checkout.

 

In-Store Exchange or Store Credit

We will accept unworn merchandise for an exchange or store credit within 45 days of purchase. Please ensure the original tags and packaging are still intact and have your receipt with you. We are happy to help you in-store with exchanging or returning for store credit items you purchased online.

Online Exchange or Store Credit

If you need to exchange your online order or return for a store credit, you may send your items back to us at your cost. Please include a copy of your receipt, your name, phone number, email address and indicate which items and sizes you require. We will cover the cost of shipping your new items back to you.

Pointe Shoes

We offer full refunds on pointe shoes, because we understand how imperative finding the right fit is. Unworn and unsewn pointe shoes may be returned for a refund if the fit has not been approved by your teacher.

Defective Merchandise

We do our best to ensure that all of our merchandise is up to our quality standards! If you do receive an item with a defect, please contact us for information on how to proceed.

Final Sale Items

Tights may only be exchanged or returned for store credit if they are unworn and unopened. All sale items and undergarments are a final sale.
